National Association of Animal Breeders, Inc. (NAAB) Case Study
What did you hire AAA Translation for?
We hired AAA Translation to translate 11 educational pieces about United States genetics into six languages, which represent our largest export markets as a Trade Association. English communication can be challenging to understand, especially in a complex field like agricultural genetics. Therefore, we knew it was essential to work with a partner who had the industry- specific expertise to translate written documents and ensure the correct messages come across.
How did you hear about us?
We learned about AAA Translation through the Agricultural Department of the State of Kansas. The State of Kansas is a fellow member of the US Livestock Genetics Export (USLGE). I asked for recommendations for translation agencies in the agricultural field, and AAA Translation came highly recommended.
Why did you choose AAA Translation?
I discussed our project with three different translation agencies and ultimately selected AAA Translation because I was impressed by their professional, kind communication style as well as their extensive experience. That – in addition to their fair pricing – stood out to me. I also loved the fact that the company is woman-owned and led.
What did our translations make possible?
AAA Translation helped us bridge a communication gap on very complex subjects and educate international dairy producers about how they can use US genetics to make their businesses more profitable and their cows healthier. It allowed us to put critical informational pieces in the hands of our members that they could distribute to their employees and customers around the world.
How did our work impact your business?
Although NAAB is a not-for-profit trade association, our members’ businesses have seen more sales and have resolved trade barriers as a result of AAA Translation’s work.
